无牙颌套筒冠种植覆盖义齿制作技术

摘　　要：本文从种植基台研磨、套筒内外冠制作、金属支架制作、聚合瓷堆塑、人工牙排列、注塑基托制作等方面,对套筒冠种植覆盖义齿的制作方法及要点进行了比较详细的介绍。自2008-09～2011-04,共完成无牙颌套筒冠种植覆盖义齿16副,义齿就位顺利,固位、稳定良好,患者佩戴舒适美观,取得了良好的修复效果,是无牙颌种植覆盖义齿修复的重要方法。In this article, a detailed introduction of the technology including grinding of implant base station, production of telescopic crown and metal stent, polymer ceramic sculpture and artificial teeth arrangement, injection denture base and other aspects were presented for the production of telescopic crow implant overdenture. From September 2008 to April 2011 16 complete overdentures were seated precisely with good retention, stability, comfort and esthetics. Implant overdenture gradually becomes an important prosthodontic solution for edentulous pa- tients.
