摘　　要：远中移动上颌磨牙是不拔牙矫正安氏Ⅱ类磨牙关系的主要方法之一。应用改良式Greenfield磨牙远移矫治器(greenfield molar distalizer,GMD)克服了以往GMD磨牙远移器操作较为繁琐的缺点,更加高效、便捷地远中移动上颌磨牙,达到上下磨牙中性关系。A modified greenfield molar distalizer（GMD） is introduced in this paper. It may overcome the shortcomings of the extra work- ings of the traditional GMD and provide a quick and easy solution to distalize the upper molars and correct the Class Ⅱ molar relationship.
