摘　　要：合谷、太冲穴对组合广泛应用于临床,近年来对其作用机制的研究不断深入,从针灸理论到生理解剖,从对脑功能区的影响,到对神经系统、免疫系统、血管收缩舒张功能等的影响。文章概述近十年的研究进展,以期对临床实践有借鉴意义。Hegu （ LI4 ） and Taichong （ LR3 ） are used broadly in clinical practice, and in recent years, many further researches about its mechanism are developed from different sides, from the respect of traditional medicine and anatomy, what＇s more, the effects for cerebral regions, nervous system, immune system and vascular dilation and constriction. We summarized the research developments in recent ten years, in order to make references for clinical practice.
