通脉舒络胶囊结合针刺治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察通脉舒络胶囊结合针刺治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为对照组(口服脑复康片)和治疗组(口服通脉舒络胶囊结合针刺),疗程1个月。观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、中医证候积分、简易智力状态速查表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)积分、血液流变学水平、颈内动脉及椎-基底动脉血流速度等指标。结果治疗组在改善临床症状和中医证侯积分,降低血黏度,提高患者日常生活能力等方面均明显优于对照组。结论通脉舒络胶囊结合针刺治疗VD能够降低血黏度,改善脑血流量,促进患者学习记忆的恢复,显著改善临床症状,是治疗VD的一种有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tongmaishuluo Capsule combined with acupuncture on treating the patients with Vascular Dementia（VD）.Methods： The patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was treated with Tongmaishuluo Capsule combined with acupuncture.Control group was treated with Piracetam tablets taken orally.The course was 1 months.The clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral、The Mini-Mental State Chart（MMSE）、Activities of daily living（ADL） scale integration、The level of blood rheology、Vertebrobasilar and Carotid artery blood flow velocity of the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results： The treatment group were significantly better than the control group on improving Clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome integral,reducing blood viscosity,improving patients＇ activities of daily living.Conclusion： Tongmai shuluo Capsule combined with acupuncture on treating vascular dementia can reduce blood viscosity,improve cerebral blood flow,promote the recovery of learning and memory in patients,significant improvement in clinical symptoms,which is an effective method of treatment with VD.
