六磨四金汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃石症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察六磨四金汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃石症的临床疗效。方法本研究31例患者均经电子胃镜或X线气钡双重造影检查确诊为胃石症,所有患者均予六磨四金汤加减联合雷贝拉唑口服治疗。疗程为1~4周。结果痊愈26例,有效5例,无效0例,全部有效。结论六磨四金汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃石症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Liumosijin Decoction combining Rabeprazole gastrolithiasis patients treated with.Methods： The reseach consisted of 31 cases of Gastrolithiasis patients who ere documented by electronic gastroscope or X-ray air-contrast barium examinations All patients were provided with Liumosijin Decoction（orally twice per day）combining Rabeprazole（orally twice per day）.The course varied from one week to four weeks.Results： After treatment,of all the patients,26 cases were completely devoid of gastrolith,5 cases had effective resuits,no patient was ineffective,sooverall response rates was 100%.Conclusion： The study indicates that the method of Liumosijin Decoction combining Rabeprazole has remarkable curative effects.
