摘　　要：结合明代～民国期间西南边疆区域经济、交通发展特点,介绍了这一时期柳州旅馆业的兴起及发展,揭示了柳州城市旅馆业的兴起和发展与当时经济潮流,军阀混战的历史背景之间的内在联系,从而为新时期地方城市建设提供了有益的历史经验。Combining with the southwest regional economy, traffic development characteristics during Ming Dynasty-Republic of China, this paper introduced the rise and development of Liuzhou hotel industry at this period, revealed the internal relationship of the emergence and development of Liuzhou city hotel industry with the historical background of economic trend, warlords, provided useful historical experience for local city con- struction at new period.
