摘　　要：针对大工程背景下的人才需求,根据工程实际特点,从改革教学内容、方法及手段等方面入手,详细阐述了大工程背景下交通土建专业创新型本科人才培养方法,以适应社会经济、科学技术和文化发展需求,值得推广。Based on the talent demands under big engineering background, according to the engineers and characteristics, from reform teaching contents, methods and measure, and other aspects, described in detail the innovative undergraduate talents of transportation civil engineering un- der big engineering background, in order to adapt to the social economy, science technology and culture development demands, worthy of promotion.
