摘  要:虽然EEDI计算导则早已公布,但节能装置产生的收益如何在EEDI计算公式中体现却未有定论。本文针对加装节能装置之肥大型船,按MEPC62会议日本提案的思想,通过统计现有的模型试验或实船试航结果,分别以"主机装机功率不变、航速提高"和"航速不变、主机装机功率降低"两种目前看来较为合理的计算办法来评估加装节能装置后对EEDI结果产生的影响。结果表明,以"航速不变、主机装机功率降低"方法来评估节能装置的收益时,EEDI降低值更显著。本文结果可为加装节能装置之船舶计算EEDI提供参考。The formula of EEDI has been confirmed for several days, however the EEDI formula with energy saving device has not been confirmed. This paper focuses on the full formed dhip with hydrodynamic energy saving device, under the guidance of the proposal submitted by Japan in MEPC62, tidies up the data of model and trial tests of CSSRC, uses "fix MCR and increase Vref' and "fix Vref and decrease MCR" methods to study the influence of energy saving device on EEDI of full formed ship. The Results show that using "fix Vref and decrease MCR" method to calculate EEDI is benefit. The results of this paper are helpful to the establishment of EEDI Formula with energy saving device.
