电子标准化病人在诊断学实践教学中的应用和体会

摘　　要：目的探讨电子标准化病人在诊断学实践教学,尤其在二级学院中的应用效果。方法将我校湘杏学院五年制中西结合专业574名学生分成模拟教学组和传统教学组,采用不同教学方法授课后针对相关内容进行考核,并进行问卷调查。结果模拟教学组操作考核成绩高于传统教学组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,大多数学生对应用电子标准化病人辅助教学持肯定态度。结论应用电子标准化病人可提高学生的诊断学实践能力,但也有不足之处。Objective To evaluate the results of applying electronic standardized patient for the diagnostics practice teaching. Methods The survey was conducted on medical simulation teaching and traditional teaching applied in 574 integrated western and chinese medicine major students through statistical evaluation of operative performance and questionnaire. Results The simulation teaching group performed better than the traditional teaching group on the operative assessment,and there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Most students hold a positive attitude for this simulation teaching. Conclusion Although electronic standardized patient can improve students＇ practice ability, there are some disadvantages in this system yet.
