摘　　要：指出了在食品安全问题频发的社会背景下,一种新的食品供应模式——短链食品悄然兴起,为突围当下严重的食品安全危机提供了新的思路,也为食品的未来展现了新的前景。分析了短链食品在中国的不同实践形式,综述了相关研究,探讨了该模式发展的特征、意义及未来发展趋势。In the social context of more food safety issues occurring,a new kind of food supply mode-short-chain food has risen and providedan alternative food system and a new way to breaking through the current food security crisis. This article describes the practical forms of short-chain food in China, and also analyses its characteristics, significance and future.
