职场英语交际能力培养与高职英语课程标准探讨

摘　　要：目前由于尚无全国统一的高职院校英语课程标准,各校自行其是,课程内容脱离职场工作需要,不能满足用人单位对人才的需求。因此,应由各省相关部门主持建立多元化的课程标准制定主体,并制定出符合本省高职院校实际的《高等职业教育英语课程标准》,解决各校间教学要求与效果差异较大等问题,提高高职院校人才培养的质量。At present, due to the lack of a universal principle and the fact that vocational colleges set up their own English curricuku-n standard, curriculum contentis independent of the need of workplace and could not meet the requirements for talents needed by employers. Therefore, the related provincial organizations are expected to set up the decision-making body for diversified curric- ulum standard, and formulate the ＂Higher Vocational English Curriculum Standard＂ which is suitable to their own provklces＇ higher vocational colleges＇ actual situations, so as to solve the problem of diversion between teaching requirements and teaching effects and to improve personnel quality.
