“艺工”结合“双创型”人才培养模式研究与实践——以安徽农业大学服装设计与工程专业人才培养为例

摘　　要：以安徽农业大学服装设计与工程专业人才培养为例,全面优化理论教学与实践教学体系,实现以讲、展、演、赛为内容的实践教学形式多样性、渐进性和贯穿性。构建并实践了以"双创型"人才培养为核心,以"设计型版师"和"版型型设计师"为目标,以"艺工"结合为特色的人才培养新模式。With the talent cultivation of clothing design and engineering specialty in Anhtii Agriculture University as an example, the theory teaching and practical teaching system has been comprehensively optimized. The diversified, progressive and penetrating practical teaching forms have been realized with speech, exhibition, acting and competition as the contents. A new talent cultivation mode has been established and practiced with innovative and creative talent cultivation as the core, with designer-typed pattern makers and pattein-makertyped designers as the objects, and with the combination of art and technology as the characteristics.
