摘  要:采用Gleeble热模拟试验研究了一种Si-Mn系低碳贝氏体钢的连续冷却转变组织,并在首钢棒材厂工业轧机进行了生产工艺试验的工业试制,研究了不同轧制工艺对金相组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,该系列贝氏体钢在2℃/s的冷速条件下可得到全贝氏体组织,冷却速度对组织类型和性能有直接影响;通过合理地控制轧制工艺,可得到细小的贝氏体组织,具有良好的塑性和冲击性能,抗拉强度可达到1000MPa以上,冲击功达到80J以上。The microstructure of Si-Mn low carbon bainitic steel during continuous cooling was investigated by Gleeble-2000 thermal simulation test.Furthermore,the low carbon bainitic steel was also manufactured in the Shougang Steel Rod Rolling Plant.The effects of the process factors on the microstructure and the mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the cooling rate has a direct impact on both the microstructures type and properties.Full bainitic microstructures with UTS is as high as 1 000 MPa could obtain for this series of low carbon bainitic steel at a cooling rate of 2.0 ℃/s.Fine bainitic structure with good plasticity and impact properties could be obtained through the controlled rolling process.
