摘  要:在实验室模拟TSCR+固态渗氮工艺试制了高磁感取向硅钢。试验结果表明,初始氮质量分数为0.003 4%~0.008 4%试验钢,采用MgO涂层中添加MnN的方式进行固态渗氮后钢中氮质量分数为0.014 6%~0.016 4%;不经渗氮的脱碳板在试验退火条件下没有发生二次再结晶,渗氮后脱碳板的二次再结晶开始温度约为980℃;二次再结晶前初次晶粒约为23μm,渗氮后在高温退火阶段形成的AlN起到了抑制初次再结晶晶粒长大的作用;试验钢的磁性波动较大;其中最好磁性能B8达到1.928T,P17/50达到1.174W/kg。TSCR+固态渗氮工艺生产高磁感取向硅钢是可行的。High-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets were produced by "TSCR + pack nitriding" process in laboratory.The results show that the nitrogen contents of the experimental steels can increase to 0.014 6%-0.016 4% from the original 0.003 4%-0.008 4% after the pack nitriding process in which the MnN is added into the MgO coating.The secondary recrystallization cannot occur in the decarburized and non-nitrided steel samples under the experimental high temperature annealing conditions,while the start temperature of secondary recrystallization of in the decarburized and nitrided steel samples is about 980 ℃.The average primary recrystallization grain size before the secondary recrystallization is about 23 μm.In the experimental steel samples,most parts of AlN,which are mainly precipitated during the high temperature annealing process after pack nitriding,can inhibit the growth of the primary recrystallization grain.Though the magnetic properties of experimental steel sheets are not stable,the best magnetic properties can be achieved as: B8=1.928 T,P17/50=1.174 W/kg.It is feasible to produce Hi-B steel by the "TSCR+pack nitriding" process.
