摘　　要：采用HPLC-DAD研究并优化纺织品3种防腐剂的检测方法。纺织样品经乙腈超声波提取20 min后,滤膜过滤,采用乙腈-水作为流动相进行洗脱,柱温40℃,DAD波长225 nm进行检测。当标样的浓度为0.5～10 mg/L时,线性相关系数≥0.99,检出限3.0 mg/kg,空白样品的加标回收率为85%～102%。Research method of three preservatives in textiles was studied and optimized by use of HPLC - DAD. Textile sample Was diluted in acetonitrile and extracted by ultrasonic for 20min. The solution was then filtered through fdm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water. Column temperature was set at 40℃. Detection wavelength was set at 225nm. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than or equal to 0. 99 in concentration range of 0.5 - 10.0mg/L. And the detection limit was 3.0mg/kg. The recovery of the standard working solution with various concentrations in blank samples was 85% - 102%.
