摘  要:以福建农林大学作物遗传育种研究所选育的富含γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的巨胚稻TgeB和非巨胚对照TB糙米为材料,对两者发芽过程中GABA含量变化进行了研究。结果表明,在发芽过程中,巨胚稻和非巨胚稻糙米的GABA含量都呈增长趋势,但巨胚稻GABA含量高于非巨胚稻;巨胚稻GABA含量在催芽45 h时达到最大,含量为617 mg·kg-1。本文还总结得出巨胚稻发芽糙米生产的工艺流程。Giant embryo rice TgeB which was rich in γ-amino butyric acid (GABA) that bred by the Institute of Crop Genetics and Breeding, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and its control variety were used as materials, the contents of GABA in ge-rice and CK were observed during the germination. The main results were shown as follows. The content of GABA went up in both of the ge-rice and the corresponding CK during the germination, and that in the ge-rice was higher than CK at all times. The maximum level of GABA (617 mg · kg^-1 ) reached at the time at 45 hours of germination hastening. The production process of germinated brown riee of ge-rice was summed up also.
