摘 要:以环境相关浓度(10、100、1000 ng·L-1)的多效唑对褐菖鮋进行50 d的水体暴露后,检测多效唑对褐菖鮋脾脏ACP、SOD、LSZ、POD等免疫指标的影响。结果显示:各指标都出现不同程度的下降,其中LSZ、POD对多效唑呈浓度依赖性下降趋势,LSZ在10 ng·L-1浓度组下降不显著(P>0.05),100、1000 ng·L-1浓度组出现显著性下降(P<0.05);POD活性在各药物组都出现显著性下降(P<0.05);ACP、SOD活性在10、100 ng·L-1组均出现显著性下降(P<0.05),只在高浓度的1000 ng·L-1组下降不显著(P>0.05)。综上表明,多效唑的暴露对褐菖鮋免疫系统的影响超出其耐性阈值,对其免疫系统的功能造成了损伤。This study was designed to detect immune indices influence of paelobutrasol at environment related concentration to Sebastiscus marmoratus, which were exposed through water column to environmental concentrations of paclobutrazol ( 10, 100, 1000 ng · L^-1 ) for 50 days, and then the change of activities of ACP, SOD, LSZ, POD in spleen was tested. The results showed that these indices were all appeared the downtrend. LSZ and POD were all present a concentration dependence downtrend to paelobutrazol. LSZ in 10 ng · L^-1 concentration group did not decrease significantly (P〉0.05), the 100 and 1000 ng · L^-1 concentration group exhibited significant decline (P 〈0.05). POD activity in all the drug groups in significant decline (P 〈0.05). ACP and SOD activities in 10 and 100 ng · L^-1 groups were all appeared significant decline (P 〈0.05), only in group of 1000 μg · L^-1 did not decrease signifieandy (P 〉0.05). It has been proved that the exposure of paelobutrazolhas has harmed the immune system of S. marmoratus, and this harmful was beyond its patience threshold.
