济南铁路系统员工2010～2011年度体检口腔健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解济南市铁路系统92个单位部门18～60岁各年龄段查体职工口腔健康状况,收集体检者口腔常见病检查结果的基线材料,进行统计分析。方法根据第3次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案,对2008年和2009年度在我院进行查体的铁路系统各个部门18～30,31～40,41～50,51～60岁和60岁以上5个年龄组人群的患龋、牙周病、缺牙率及楔状缺损等常见病检出情况进行流行病学抽样调查。采用SAS 5.0软件对数据进行统计分析,以牙结石,牙周病(包括各类牙龈炎及牙周炎)患龋率、缺牙及修复情况、残根、残冠、楔状缺损作为统计指标。结果通过统计资料显示口腔常见病发生率占查体人数的94.26%,而其中生活环境,经济状况,卫生习惯相对较好,受教育程度较高的群体中患病率及严重程度要明显低于对照人群。结论通过检查发现查体职工的口腔预防保健意识薄弱,尚未形成个人有效口腔保健行为,应引起查体职工和口腔医务工作者的重视。Objective The understanding of jinan railway system 92 unit department 18-60 different age on oral health worker medical check-up,collect the baseline examination results,oral diseases,and then statistical analysis.Methods According to the third national oral health survey scheme,epidemiology,sampling for 2010 and 2011 in our hospital for the health check of railway system for each department 18-30,31-40,41-50,51-60 years old and over 60 years of age groups of five,caries,periodontal disease,lack of tooth decay,and wedge-s haped common ailments conditions such epidemiological sampling survey were recorded.SAS 5.0 software was used for statistical analysis data on dental calculus and periodontal disease（including all kinds of gingivitis and periodontitis）,dental caries rate and repair,the residual roots and residual crowns,wedge-shaped defect as statistics.Results Through the statistics,it showed that 94.26% had oral diseases,incidence and severity of the prealence were lower in those in good living environment,economic conditions,good habits and health education than those not.Conclusion Through examination of oral health,lack of enough preventive oral health awareness and measures were found among the workers,which should be paid attention to.
