腹腔镜左半肝切除的解剖学观察及技术要点探讨

摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜规则性左半肝切除的临床经验,探讨术中解剖学观察及技术要点。方法回顾分析2009年12月～2011年12月间的28例腹腔镜左半肝切除术的临床资料、手术录像及术中解剖学观察。结果全部患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间(205.0±39.3)min,术中出血量(182.5±57.8)ml,无严重并发症,住院时间(7.3±1.3)d。结论对于经过选择的患者,腹腔镜左半肝切除术可行、安全、微创。Objective To summarize the initial experience of laparoscopic left liver resection and to investigate anatomical observations with technical points in the operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases received left liver resection from December 2009 to December 2011 with clinical data, operation videos and anatomical observations. Results All patients were successfully operated. The operative duration was （205.0 ＋ 39. 3） min. The quantity of blood lost during the operation was （ 182. 5 ± 57.8 ） ml. No severe complications occurred. The duration for hospitalization after operation was （7.3 ± 1.3） day. Conclusion Laparoscopic left liver resection is a minimally invasive technique which carried out safely and effective in selected patients.
