摘  要:当前,英国高等教育的扩张没有惠及到各种不同背景的人群,建立公正的高等教育政策依然处于探索阶段。为了建立公正的高等教育政策,英国政府进行了从选拔与入学机会到资助与课程的全方位变革,形成了以社会公正为导向的高等教育政策,包括重点扶持弱势群体学生的高等教育政策、保障弱势群体学生公平入学的参与政策、构建公正的助学贷款政策与高等教育课程体系。Currently the expansion of UK higher education hasn't brought benefits to groups of people with different backgrounds and the making of authentic higher education policy is still in an exploratory stage. To make higher education policy with justice, the UK government has carried out the all-round reform from the selection and admission opportunities to the funding and curriculum, making the higher education policy oriented by social justice, which includes higher education policy to focus on support of the students from vulnerable groups, the policy to ensure the fair admission of students from vulnerable groups, making the higher education policy for student loans and the higher-education curriculum system.
