摘　　要：当前,社会的深刻变革带来了文化多元发展的复杂格局,使得军校相对封闭的管理模式和履行使命的职责要求面临着前所未有的巨大挑战。军校校园文化建设只有在科学发展观的指导下,把握正确的思路,采取有效的措施,才能完成现代化进程的新战略。At present, the profound social changes brought about a complex pattern of cultural pluralism development, which unprecedentedly challenges the relatively closed management model and the requirement for the implementation of the mission in military academy. Only guided by the scientific outlook on development, grasping the right ideas and taking effective measures, can the new strategy of modernized process be fulfilled.
