摘　　要：树立良好的企业文化是企业生存、发展的需要,打造高品质的企业文化更是重中之重。高品质的企业文化在企业中内聚精神,外塑形象,是推动企业持续高速运转的精神支柱。文章从企业文化的含义入手,分析了企业文化建设过程中存在的问题,提出打造高品质企业文化的对策建议。Establishing a good corporate culture is the survival and needs of development, but to create a high--quality corporate culture is the most important. High--quality corporate culture is the spiritual forces to promote enterprises continuously with high-speed. Starting from concept of enterprise culture, this paper analyzes problems of creating enterprise culture and raises countermeasures and suggestion for creating high-quality enterprise culture.
