摘　　要：高校实验室仪器设备是培养创新型人才和科研工作的重要物质条件。根据地方师范学院实验室设备采购与管理的特点,对实验设备采购和管理人员的配备、实验设备采购流程的规范、实验设备的管理等方面进行了改革与探讨。目的在于加快地方高校的实验室建设。The universities laboratory instrument equipment is to train the innovation talented person and the scientific research important physical conditions.Based on the actual equipment purchase and management situation and features of local normal university,the reform and explorations were carried out in the personnel allocation of equipment purchase and management,the standardized process of equipment purchase and management,the equipment management,aiming to speed up the development of the local university and college laboratory.
