摘 要:目的比较印尼和中国产海南广藿香的挥发性化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取印尼和中国产广藿香的挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其成分进行分离鉴定,并测定了主要有效成分百秋李醇的含量。结果中国产广藿香挥发油总量高于印尼产广藿香,通过谱图检索、分析和比较,发现两种产地广藿香共有33个相同成分,两者含量最高均为百秋李醇。结论印尼和和中国产广藿香的挥发性化学成分较为相似,精油得率和质量有差别。Objective To analyze the volatile components of Pogostemon cablin from Indonesia and China, and then to investigate the differences of them. Methods The patchouli oil was extracted by the wet distillation. The patchouli oil was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. Results The content of essential oil in Pogostemon cablin from China was higher than that from Indonesia. In both herbs, 33 same compounds were found and the highest content was Patchouli alcohol. Conclusion The volatile components of 2 herbs are similar, but the major ingredient content is different between the 2 kinds of Pogostemon cablin.
