高职《化工泵的运行维护与检修》课程教学改革实践

摘　　要：对《化工泵的运行维护与检修》课程的教学改革进行研究和探索并付诸于实践,对本课程进行整体设计、内容设计、教学过程设计。强调教学内容要体现专业特点,反映现代机械类专业的发展方向;借用Solidwoks和3DVIA等软件用于教学。尝试探索出教学六步法,并付之于实践教学中。尤其高职院校学生对于拓宽视野,培养兴趣,提高课堂效率是有效的。Teaching reform for the course of Operating Maintenance and Overhaul of Chemical Pump was explored, and the overall design, content design, teaching process design of this course were also carried on. It emphasized the teaching contents should reflect professional characteristics and the development direction of modem mechanical major; Solidwoks and 3DVIA and other softwares were used in teaching. It tried to explore teaching six-step method, and applied in the practical teaching. It was effective for higher vocational colleges students to broaden the horizons, cultivate interest, and improve the classroom efficiency.
