摘　　要：作为一名辅导员老师,以严树威,以爱树威,以正树威,以身作则,是树立教师威信的重要环节。以自己的人格魅力影响学生,赢得学生的爱戴和拥护,从而使自己的威信成为班集体团结奋进的潜在动力。As a instructor, it is the key link for teacher to build prestige with strict requirements to students, sincere love to students, fair for students and set a good example for students. Teachers affects students with their own personality to win students~ love and support, so as to make their own prestige become potential power of forge ahead in unity of class.
