摘 要:目前,酒店从业人员的高流动性已经成为一种常态,市场经济条件下,这已经成为不可逆转的趋势。但是频繁的员工流动严重制约着酒店业的健康、持续的发展。本文依据马斯洛需求层次理论,分析了酒店员工流失的现状与原因,并就此提出了降低员工流失率的建议与对策。At present, high turnover rate of hotel employees has become normal, which has become an irreversible trend in the market economy. However, frequent staff turnover has serious restriction on the healthy and sustainable development of the hotel industry. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this paper analyzes the present situation of the loss of hotel staff and its reasons, and thus puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to reduce the employee turnover rate.
