摘　　要：2008年6月28日,财政部等单位联合发布了我国第一部《企业内部控制基本规范》,从我国企业现实情况理解该规范出台的意义,并从四个方面讨论了内部控制构建在企业经营中的重要性。China＇s first The Basic Norm for Internal Control of Enterprises was issued by the Ministry of Finance and other units on June 28, 2008, this paper understood the significance of the specification from the reality of the Chinese enterprises, and discussed the importance of construction of internal control in enterprise business from four aspects.
