摘　　要：针对当前学生状况,从辅导员的角度分析了辅导员的心理定位、总的工作方式、具体工作方法以及协调管理中的各种关系,营造和谐的教学气氛,探索管理当前学生的新方法。In view of the current student status, counselor＇s psychological orientation was analyzed from the perspective of the counselor, detailed work method and all kinds of relations of coordinated management were summarized to create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching, new methods of the current students~ management were explored.
