新辅助化疗联合放疗与单纯放疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察新辅助化疗联合放疗治疗局限晚期宫颈癌的疗效,并与单纯放疗治疗疗效进行比较。方法75例局限性晚期宫颈癌患者随机分成两组,对照组(n=37)采用单纯放疗方法治疗,治疗组(n=38)则采用新辅助化疗联合放疗治疗,疗程结束后观察和比较两种治疗方法的疗效和安全性。结果治疗组总有效率和组织学有效率分别为78.9%和86.8%,对照组总有效率和组织学有效率分别为64.9%和59.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组肿瘤治疗后直径均明显小于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组直径减小更为明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合放疗治疗局限性晚期宫颈癌疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and compare the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy to simple ra- diotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods Seventy - five patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were ran- domly divided into two groups, the control group （n = 37 ） was treated with simple radiotherapy, while the treatment group （n = 38 ） was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy. The curative effect and safety of two treatment methods were observed and compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate and histological effective rate of the treatment group were 78.9% and 86.8%, and the total effec- tive rate and histological effective rate of the control group were 64.9% and 59.5%, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The diameter of tumor after treatment in two groups were less than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the diameter of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad- verse reactions between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy has a good efficacy in treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer, with few adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
