摘 要:研究桂花精油与β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺.采用L(934)正交实验设计,通过饱和溶液法,以精油包合率为指标,研究桂花精油包合工艺参数.确定最佳工艺为精油:β-CD=1∶8(mL∶g),精油加2倍量的溶媒乙醇溶解,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为2.5 h.采用β-CD饱和溶液法首次制备桂花精油与β-CD包合物,包合方法重复性好,包和工艺合理、简单易行.To optimize the including preparation for essential oil of Osmanthus frograns with β-cyclodextrin, the inclusion rate of essential oil was used to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design, in which the proportion of essential oil of Osmanthus fragrans and β-cyclodextrin, the inclusion temperature, the inclusion time, and the proportion of essential oil and solvent ethanol were used as four main technology factors. The inclusion compound was proved by infrared chromatography. The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established: essential oil of Osmanthus fragrans: β-eyclodextrin=1: 8, the inclusion temperature=50 ℃, the inclusion time=2.5 h, and essential oil of Osmanthus fragrans: solvent ethanol=1:2. The method can he used for the preparation of essential oil of Osmanthus fragrans and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound with saturated solution, which was reliable and convenient.
