摘 要:介绍了2011年国际食品法典委员会(CAC)制定的《食源性抗菌药耐药性风险分析指南》主要内容,为非人用抗菌药相关的食源性抗菌药耐药性应用及我国制定抗菌新兽药的安全评价原则、风险评估方案和管理政策提供参考。Antimicrobial resistance is a major global public health concern and a food safety issue, which can pose a greater human health risk as a result of potential treatment failure, loss of treatment options and increased likelihood and severity of disease. The Codex Alimentarius Commission developed the risk analysis guidelines to analysis of foodborne antimicrobial resistance risk issues in 2011. The scope of these guidelines is to provide science- based guidance on processes and methodology for risk analysis and its application to foodborne AMR related to non- human use of antimicrobial agents. The article briefly describes the guidelines, which will enlighten our country on the management of veterinary antimicrobial drugs and food safety.
