p130Cas蛋白在ER阳性乳腺癌中的表达及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究ER阳性乳腺癌中p130Cas蛋白的表达情况,以探讨其与乳腺癌临床和病理特征的关系及对预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测100例ER阳性原发性乳腺癌组织中p130Cas蛋白的表达。结果乳腺癌中p130Cas蛋白阳性表达率为64%,出现复发转移患者的阳性表达要高于无复发转移患者,两者有统计学差异(χ2=9.125,P=0.003)。p130Cas蛋白表达阳性患者的5年无病生存率要明显低于阴性表达的患者,两者有统计学差异(χ2=4.194,P=0.041)。在64例出现p130Cas蛋白表达阳性的乳腺癌患者中,p130Cas蛋白表达阳性乳腺癌患者5年无病生存率与患者月经状态(χ2=3.977,P=0.046)、组织学分级(χ2=10.553,P=0.005)、C-erbB-2蛋白表达(χ2=8.349,P=0.039)相关,与肿瘤大小(χ2=1.804,P=0.406)、TNM分期(χ2=1.622,P=0.444)、淋巴结转移状况(χ2=3.310,P=0.191)、年龄(χ2=2.492,P=0.477)、PR(χ2=0.049,P=0.825)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 p130Cas蛋白的表达水平与乳腺癌的恶性程度和侵袭性有关,p130Cas蛋白的表达水平越高肿瘤的恶性程度越高,会增加患者复发、转移的风险。Objective To explore the expression of pl30Cas protein in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer, and to investigate the relationships of pl30Cas levels with clinical and pathological characteristics and the influence on prognosis of breast cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemistry staining was applied to detect the expression of pl30Cas in tumor tissues from 100 cases of primary breast carcinoma. Results The expression of pl30Cas protein in breast cancer was 64%. The ex- pression of pl30Cas protein in breast cancer with recurrence and metastasis was higher than the expression of pl30Cas protein in breast cancer without recurrence and metastasis. There was a significant difference between pl30Cas-positive and negative a- mong the positive of ER in 5-year DFS. A positive correlation was found between the expression of pl30Cas protein and differ- entiation degree （,//2=10.553, P=0.005）. A positive correlation was also found between the expression of pl30Cas protein and protein expression of C-erbB-2 （X2=8.349, P=0.039） in breast cancer tissues, pl30Cas protein expression was correlated with menstruation status （X2=3.977 ,P=0.046）. No correlation was found between the expression of pl30Cas protein and tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage,PR status or age. Conclusion pl30Cas protein has relation with the malignant transformation, invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma. The pl30Cas protein expression level is higher, the higher the degree of malignancy.
