摘  要:目的讨论高场磁共振磁敏感成像在颅内多发海绵状血管瘤中的诊断价值。方法对我院近4年间在我院手术病理证实的18例颅内海绵状血管瘤患者中,回顾性分析所有患者的MR图像,通过分析MRI平扫、SWI图像,总结归纳MR平扫及SWI在海绵状血管瘤诊断中的应用价值。结果常规MRI扫描T1WI共发现37个病灶,T2WI扫描共发现病灶51个,SWI共显示93处病灶。结论 SWI序列在颅内多发海绵状血管瘤的检测方面具有很高的敏感性,但缺少特异性,通过结合常规MRI各序列,辅以SWI序列检查,能提高该病的检出率。Objective Discuss the high-field magnetic resonance SWI in the diagnostic value of multiple intracranial cavernous hemangioma.Method From the past four years in our hospital surgical pathology confirmed 18 cases of intracranial cavernous hemangioma patients in the retrospective analysis of all patients with MR images,by analyzing the MRI image,the SWI image summed MR scan and SWI value in the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma.Result Conventional MRI scan T1WI 37 lesions were found the T2WI,scanning 51 lesions were found,SWI total of 93 lesions.Conclusion SWI sequence has a high sensitivity in the detection of multiple intracranial cavernous hemangioma,but the lack of specificity,supplemented the SWI sequence checking,can improve the detection rate of the disease through a combination of conventional MRI sequences,while clearlydisplay of lesion internal and surrounding structure.
