扶正中药颗粒联合盐酸吉西他滨和卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌96例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和比较扶正中药颗粒联合盐酸吉西他滨和卡铂(GC)的方案与单纯GC方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对96例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为扶正中药颗粒联合GC方案组(中药组)48例及单纯GC方案组(对照组)48例。比较两组近期疗效、生活质量评定及化疗不良反应。结果中药组48例:部分缓解22例,稳定13例,总有效率为72.92%;对照组48例:部分缓解17例,稳定4例,总有效率为43.75%,差异显著(P<0.05)。中药组白细胞及血小板减少的发生率、肝肾功能损害、III^IV消化道反应,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论扶正中药颗粒可以提高患者的免疫功能,提高近期疗效,并有减轻化疗药物的不良反应,改善生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and compare the Fuzheng granule of Chinese medicine combined with gemcitabine hydrochloride and carboplatin （GC） regimen and GC regimen alone in patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer curative effect and adverse reaction. Methods 96 cases of patients with advanced non small cell ltmg cancer patients, randomly divided into Fuzheng granule of Chinese medicine combined with GC regimen group （CMG） in 48 cases and GC regimen alone group （control group） in 48 cases. Comparison of curative effect for two groups, quality of life and adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Results Traditional Chinese medicine group 48 cases partial remission in 22 cases, stable in 13 cases, the total effective rate was 72.92%; the control group of 48 cases ： a partial remission in 17 cases, 4 cases were stable, the total efficiency of 43.75%, significant difference （P〈0.05） . Traditional Chinese medicine group of white blood cells and platelets decreased the incidence, liver and kidney function damage, III-IV digestive tract reaction, significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Fuzheng granule of Chinese medicine can improve the immunity of the patients, improve the curative effect in the near future, and reduce the chemotherapy drug adverse reaction, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
