微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨不同微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将66例患者按治疗方法不同分为三组,金双歧组、美常安组与奥沙拉嗪组,分别应用金双歧联合奥沙拉嗪、美常安联合奥沙拉嗪、奥沙拉嗪治疗。结果治疗前三组患者各肠道菌群数量比较无差异。治疗后三组的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌均比治疗前增多,大肠杆菌、肠球菌比治疗前减少。金双歧组治疗后菌群分析、临床症状评分、结肠镜下分级评分及结肠炎症评分均明显优于美常安组及奥沙拉嗪组,而美常安组疗效优于奥沙拉嗪组。结论利用微生态制剂联合奥沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显,优于单用奥沙拉嗪,临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎时,可多种微生态制剂联用,疗效较好。Objective To discuss effects of different probiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 66 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, Bacillus bifidus group which was treated with combination of Bacillus bifidus and Olsalazine, Medilac-Vita group which was treated with combination of Medilac-Vita and Olsalazine, Olsalazine group treated with olsalazine. Results Before treatment, the number of intestinal flora of three groups indicated no difference. After treatment, Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria of three groups increased, Escheriehia coli and Enterocoeeus decreased. The results of bacteria analysis, clinical symptom score, rating score of coloseope and colonic inflammation score of Bacillus bifidus group was better than the other two groups＇. Conclusion Curative effect of treatment of ulcerative colitis with combination of probiotics and Olsalazine is better than the one with Olsalazine only. When it comes to treatment of ulcerative eolit, combination of a variety of probiotics can be applied to improve clinical effects.
