复方阿嗪米特联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选取来自我院于2011年12月～2012年12月就诊的FD患者148例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组72例和对照组76例两组。治疗组予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片(商品名:泌特,扬州一洋制药有限公司),每日3次,每次2粒,餐后服,同时服用枸橼酸莫沙必利5 mg,每日3次,餐前服。对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利(江苏豪森药厂生产)5 mg,每日3次,餐前服,疗程3周。服药前后,观察两组患者的腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹泻等各种症状的改善情况。结果治疗3周后比较两组的疗效,结果显示,治疗组的的总有效率达95.8%,明显高于对照组的总有效率(76.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets combined citrate mosapride tablets treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods In our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012, 148 cases FD patients were divided into 72 cases of the treatment group and the control group 76 patients by using a random number table. Treatment group was given compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets,control group was given mosapride citrate. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%, significantly higher than the total efficiency （76.3%） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with mosapride citrate treatment of functional dyspepsia has good efficacy, few adverse reactions, and worthy of promotion and application.
