食管癌切除术患者围术期护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌切除患者围术期护理干预效果。方法收集2009年11月～2012年11月在我院进行食管癌切除术的患者56例作为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将其分为干预组与对照组各28例；对照组根据医嘱采取随机对症的护理干预措施，干预组在常规护理的基础上着重实施围术期的护理干预措施．比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、胸腔引流量、护理满意度及并发症情况。结果两组患者手术过程顺利，干预组的术中出血量及胸腔引流量均明显少于对照组，且干预组的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组无一例发生肺部感染、胸腔积液，其并发症发生率达10．7％，明显低于对照组（32．1％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对食管癌切除术患者围术期实施系统的护理干预措施，可以提高护理满意度、降低并发症发生率、保证手术效果及有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the esophageal resection perioperative care intervention. Methods Collected during esophageal resection patients from November 2009 to November 2012, 56 cases patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group, 28 cases in the control group under doctor＇s orders to took random symptomatic care interventions. Intervention group on the basis of the usual care, perioperative nursing interventions focus on the implementation, operative time, hospitalization time, blood loss, chest drainage, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups of patients during surgery goes well, blood loss and pleural drainage volume of the intervention group was significantly less than that of the control group, and nursing sat- isfaction scores were significantly higher than the intervention group, with a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Intervention group had no case of pulmonary infection, pleura/effusion, the complication rate was 10.7%, was significantly lower than the control group （32.1%）, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing inter ventions for patients with esophageal cancer resection perioperative implementation system can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and to ensure that the effect of surgery and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
