优质护理在急诊卒中患者中的应用及对患者满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在急诊卒中患者的应用。方法分析我院2011年1月～2012年6月收治的112例急诊卒中患者,随机分为对照组57例,给予常规护理;观察组55例给予优质护理,比较两组患者的满意度、患者焦虑程度以及遵医行为。结果下发问卷112份,全部回收。对照组与观察组满意度调查结果分别为93.0%(53/57)和100.0%(55/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者焦虑程度高于观察组(P<0.05),对照组遵医行为低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科进行优质护理,可以提升患者的满意度,有效减轻患者焦虑心理,提高患者遵医行为。Objective To discuss the application of high quality nursing care in emergency department. Methods All 112 cases of emergency in our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into control group（57 cases）, which were treated with routine nursing care; observation group （55 cases） ,which were given high quality nursing care from January 2011 to June 2012.The satisfaction of patients and anxiety levels and compliance behavior of two groups were compared. Results The 112 questionnaire were all recovered. The satisfaction survey results of control group and ob- servation group were 93.0% （53/57）, 100.0% （55/55）, and there were significant statistically （P 〈 0.05）. Anxiety levels of patients in the control group was higher than the observation group （P 〈 0.05）.The compliance behavior of control group was lower than the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing care in the emergency department could improve patient satisfaction and compliance behavior, reduce patient anxiety.
