乳腺癌术后自制双套管负压引流的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制双套管负压引流在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用价值。方法选取126例乳腺癌改良根治术患者,按照引流方式不同分成两组:观察组(66例)采用自制双套管负压引流瓶持续吸引并加压包扎;对照组(60例)应用贝朗公司Drainobag真空负压引流瓶持续吸引,加压包扎。结果观察组术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、切口感染等并发症发生率为10.6%,低于对照组的16.6%(P<0.05)。观察组平均拔管时间(4.92 d)短于对照组(6.08 d)。结论应用自制双套管负压引流技术防治乳腺癌术后皮下积液疗效满意,费用低廉,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective To investigate the homemade double casing suction drainage in the modified radical mastectomy. Methods A total of 126 cases of modified radical mastectomy patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （66 cases） homemade double casing suction drainage bottle to continue to attract and bandaged; application of the control group （60 cases） B. Braun Drainobag vacuum drainage bottles continued to attract the pressure bandage. Results Observation group postoperative subcutaneous fluid, flap necrosis, wound infection and other com- plications was 10.6%, lower than the control group, 16.6%（P 〈 0.05）. The observation group, the average time to extu bation （4.92 d） shorter than the control group （6.08 d）. Conclusion The application of the homemade double casing vacuum assisted prevention of breast cancer the subcutaneous fluid after the results were satisfactory, low cost, and worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
