中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将92例复发性口腔溃患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组各46例,分别采用中西医结合治疗和单纯西药疗法和并观察疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.3%,明显高于对照组的52.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡,能较快促进溃疡愈合、减少复发,且无明显不良反应,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To integrative clinical efficacy for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer were ob- served. Methods 92 patients with recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, two groups of 46 cases in Integrative medicine or western medicine alone, after effects were observed. Results Treatment group, the total effective rate was 91.3%, significantly higher than 52. 2%. There were were significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ） between two groups. Conclusion Integrative therapy for recurrent oral ulcer, can quickly promote ulcer healing, reduce relapse, and no significant adverse reactions, effective and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
