凝结芽孢杆菌应用于轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法:选取已确诊轻、中度活动期UC患者102例,随机分成2组:联合用药组和奥沙拉嗪组,每组51例。联合用药组给予奥沙拉嗪联合凝结芽孢杆菌,奥沙拉嗪组给予奥沙拉嗪。疗程均为8周,并于治疗前后分别检测患者血清TNF-α、IL-8和IL-10水平。结果:治疗后联合用药组UC患者血清TNF-α、IL-8降低水平,IL-10升高水平均较奥沙拉嗪组明显,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective： To study the influence of Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine on serum TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 in patient with ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods： 102 low-grade and medium UC patients were randomly divided into olsalazine group and drug combination group with 51 patients in each group.The drug combination group were given Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine,while the patients of olsalazine group were given olsalazine only,treated for eight weeks.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were measured before and after the treatment.Results： Serum levels of TNF-αand IL-8 were significantly decreased while that level of IL-10 were significantly increased in both group after the treatment（P0.01）.This change in drug combination group was more obvious than that in olsalazin group（P0.01）.Conclusion： There was significant effect of Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine on patients wih UC.
