摘 要:目的探讨腺样体吸切钻头在切除上颌窦口后缘中的应用价值。方法慢性鼻窦炎患者64例,随机分为治疗组32例(63侧上颌窦),对照组32例(62侧上颌窦),采用腺样体吸切切除上颌窦口后缘黏膜,以扩大上颌窦口;对照组采用黏膜咬切钳切除上颌窦口后缘来扩大上颌窦口;然后比较两组手术所需时间,术后上颌窦开放效果。结果治疗组32例(63侧)每侧手术时间(4.25±1.08)min;治愈率81.0%、有效率15.9%。对照组32例(62侧)每侧手术时间(6.48±1.33)min;治愈率62.9%、有效率32.3%;两组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腺样体吸切钻头在上颌窦口后缘处理中有治愈率高、手术时间短、操作简便、损伤轻等优势,值得临床推广。Objective To value the removal of maxillary sinus posterior edge by the Adenoid suction - cutting drill bit. Methods 64 patients with chronic nasosinusitis were randomly divided into two groups, 32 patients (63 sides maxillary sinus) in the treating group (TG), using Adenoid suction - cutting drill bit to remove maxillary sinus aperture posterior edge and enlarge the maxillary sinus aperture. And 32 patients (62 sides maxillary sinus) in the controlling group( CG), using mucosal cutting pliers to removal of maxillary sinus aperture posterior edge and enlarge the maxillary sinus aperture. Results In the TG, one side time - consuming was 4.25 ± 1.08 (rain) ;the curative rate, effective rates were 81.0% and 15.9%. In the C G, one side time - consuming was 6.48 ± 1.33 (min) ; the curative rate and effective rate were 62.9% , 32.3%. There was obvious statistical significance between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Application of adenoid suction - cutting drill bit in removal of maxillary sinus aperture posterior edge is a less time -consuming, simple, less injury method to use adenoid cutting burr in endoscopic maxillary sinus operation. It is worthy of clinical application.
