浅议《伤科补要》对中医伤科学的贡献

摘　　要：《伤科补要》是一部实用价值很高的中医伤科参考著作,该书阐述了钱氏诊治骨伤科独具匠心的学术思想和十分丰富的治伤经验。本文从绘骨度穴位、定度量之标准,载伤科脉诀、填伤科之空白,制三十六则、补前贤之未备,歌九十一方、祛沉疴之的要,集各家秘方、备随时之取用等6个方面总结该书对中医伤科学的贡献。Amplification on Injuries is a reference work for orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） with high practical value.This book elaborates on the unique academic thinking and rich practical experience of Qian Xiuchang in diagnosing and treating orthopedic and traumatological diseases.This paper summarizes the contribution of this book to orthopedics and traumatology of TCM,including locating acupoints by bone-length measurement,establishing measurement standards and recording pulse verse in orthopedics and traumatology,filling the gaps in orthopedics and traumatology and formulating thirty-six rules,complementing the contents by previous experts and recording ninety-one prescriptions in verse,curing severe and lingering diseases and collecting the secret recipes of all experts,and being ready for access.
