摘　　要：目的分析胃癌晚期患者的生活质量的影响因素。方法选择胃癌晚期患者178例。采用一般人口学资料调查表和患者临床资料调查表。结合生活质量测定量表等对患者的生活质量进行调查，并分析可能的影响因素。结果总体生活质量得分（37．6±16．4）分。50～59岁、大专及以上学历、工人、干部、已婚、城市的患者，ⅢA期、手术、接受化疗、无并发症、无疼痛、完全知情的患者得分较高。疼痛程度、病理分期、文化程度、并发症是影响患者生活质量的相关因素。结论肿瘤的分期、疼痛程度、患者的文化程度、是否合并并发症是影响胃癌晚期患者生活质量的主要因素。Objective To survey the life quality of advanced gastric cancer patients, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Selected 178 cases with advanced gastric cancer. General demographic data questionnaire and clinical data questionnaire were used, and combined with QLQ-C30 to survey the life quality of patients. And its influencing factors were analyzed. Results General life to quantity score was （37.6±16.4）. Score of from 50 to 59 years old, specific colleague course or above, workers, leaders, married, city dwellers,pain degree, pathological staging, standard of culture, complication were influencing factors of life quality of advanced gastric cancer patients. Conclusion Pain degree, pathological staging, standard of culture, complication are main influencing factors of life quality of advanced gastric cancer patients.
