摘　　要：盐酸替扎尼定是一种咪唑啉间二氮杂环戊烯衍生物,具有激动α2肾上腺素能受体的药理作用。在临床上用于改善强直性痉挛、痉挛性轻瘫、多发性硬化、脑卒中后偏瘫等中枢性损伤造成的痉挛,缓解紧张性头痛、偏头痛、三叉神经痛、肌筋膜疼痛综合征等各种头痛和外周肌肉疼痛以及作为麻醉辅助用药、术前和术后镇静药。盐酸替扎尼定口服吸收良好,血流动力学稳定,副反应少且轻微,是一种安全性好,应用前景广泛的α2肾上腺素受体激动剂。Tizanidine hydrochloride is a cyclopentene derivative of imidazoline-diaza, capable of exciting α2 adrenergic receptors. It treats spasticity caused by central nervous system injury, such as multiple sclerosis, post-stroke hemiplegia, spastic paresis, tonic spasm, and relieves headaches such as tension headache, migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, and peripheral muscle pain. Tizanidine hydrochioride is also used as narcotic adjuvant and perioperative sedative. As a α2 adrenergic agonist, with good oral absorption, stable hemodynamic and minor side effects, tizanidine hydrochloride is secure and its extensive application would be prospective.
