胃癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达及其与临床生物学行为及细胞增殖的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达及其与临床生物学行为及细胞增殖的关系。方法免疫组化检测70例胃癌及癌旁正常组织中Livin蛋白的表达，并探讨其与性别、年龄、组织分化度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移等临床生物学行为和细胞增殖的关系。结果胃癌标本中Livin的阳性率明显高于癌旁正常组织（χ^2=18．53，P〈0．01）。高-中分化胃癌Livin阳性率明显低于低-未分化，T1～2期胃癌Livin阳性率明显低于T3～4期，无淋巴结转移胃癌Livin阳性率明显低于有淋巴结转移（P均〈0．05）。Livin表达阴性的胃癌组织中PCNA增殖指数明显低于Livin表达阳性（P〈0．05）。结论Livin基因参与胃癌的发病过程，与胃癌细胞的异常增殖和恶性转化密切相关，Livin基因不仅参与癌细胞凋亡的调控，还促进了癌细胞的异常增殖。Objective To explore the expression of Livin in gastric cancer and the relation between its biological behavior and cell proliferation. Methods Detecting the expressions of Livin protein of 70 tissues containing gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissue, and exploring its relation with gender, age, tissue differentiation, infiltration depth, lymphatic metastasis and cell proliferation. Results The positive rate of Livin of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of adjacent normal tissue （χ^2=18.53, P 〈 0.01）.The positive rate of Livin of highly and moderately differentiat ed gastric cancer was significantly lower than that of lowly and undifferentiated cancer. The positive rate of stage T1-2 was significantly than that of T3-4, and the gastric cancer without lymph metastasis got a significantly lower positive rate of Livin than that with lymph metastasis （all P 〈 0.05）. The proliferation index of gastric cancer with negative expression of Livin was significantly lower than that with positive expression of Livin （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Livin takes part in the progress of gastric cancer, and shows a close relation with abnormal proliferation and vicious transformation. Gene Livin not only joins the cancer cell apoptosis-regnlating, but also promotes the abnormal proliferation of the cancer cell.
