结肠癌组织中hPTTG1和Survivin的表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌组织中hPTTG1和Survivin的表达。方法回顾性分析2007年12月～2011年12月入住我院经诊断为结肠癌的80例患者的临床资料,采用免疫组织化学法SP法对本组结肠癌组织标本(Dukes’A期12例、B期22例、C期26例、D期20例)中的hPTTG1和Survivin蛋白的表达进行检测,分析hPTTG1与sur-vivin的表达与结肠癌临床病理方面的因素。结果 Survivin在结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为82.5%,明显高于正常结肠黏膜组织中的阳性表达率5.0%(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin与hPTTG1在结肠癌组织中具有异常表达的现象,提示了二者在结肠癌的发生以及发展过程中所起的重要作用,因此,可以将二者作为结肠癌发生及发展的一个"指示物"。Objective To investigate the significance of hPTTG1 and survivin expression the colon tissue. Methods 80 cases patients with colon were retrospectively analyzed during 2007.12-2011.12, used immunohistochemical method （SP method） （Dukes A period of 12 cases of this group of patients with colon cancer tissue samples, B period 22 cases, C of 26 cases, 20 cases D 20） of the hPTTG1 survivin protein expression, detection, analyzed the hPTTG1 and survivin expression and colon cancer clinicopathological factors. Results Survivin in colon cancer tissue positive expression rate was 82.5%, significantly higher than in the normal intestine mucosal positive expression rate of 5.0% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Survivin and hpTTG1 with abnormal expression in colon cancer tissue, suggesting that both played an important role in the incidence of colon cancer as well as in the development process. Therefore, two as colon cancer and the development of an ＂indicator＂.
