摘 要:目的研究改进生化教学方法加强学生学习能力培养对教学质量的影响。方法将任课班级随机设为对照班和教改班,对照班采用传统的"以授课为基础的学习"(lecture based learning,LBL)模式,教改班采取"以问题为基础的学习"(problem based learning,PBL)模式即通过课前精心编制教案、设计问题链、课堂提问、病案教学、课后总结、课后练习等方法加强学生学习能力的培养。结果通过两个班级教学过程中学习能力及期末综合考核成绩比较,教改班学习能力显著提高(P<0.01),教学效果明显优于对照班(P<0.01)。结论生化教学中通过改变教学方法,采取积极有效措施,加强学生学习能力培养,可大大提高学生的学习兴趣及教学质量。Objective Study the effect of improving biochemical teaching to strengthen students" ability training on the quality. Methods Set classes into class of comparison and class of educational reform stochastically. Traditional method lecture based learning (LBL) was used in class of comparison. In class of educational reform, we used method problem based learning (PBL), that was, arranging the outlines of preparing lessons before class, set questions chains, using medical cases to teach, summary and exercises after class, to develop learning interest and learning ability of students. Results Comparing the learning ability in teaching process and comprehensive assessment results of final exam, we found that learning ability in class of educational reform was increased (P 〈 0.01). The teaching effect in class of educational reform was obviously better than class of comparison (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion By changing the teach- ing methods in biochemistry, taking effective measures and strengthening the development of students' learning ability, students' learning interest can be increased and the quality of education can be also increased.
