儿童青少年运动健身器材调节尺寸分析——健身车、跑步机

摘　　要：本研究以儿童青少年身体形态特征及人体工程学理论为基础,通过对儿童青少年身体形态进行测量,分析儿童青少年运动健身器材结构大小调节尺寸参数标准,使健身器材在结构尺寸上达到兼顾不同年龄段儿童青少年适用。根据实验分析得出：儿童青少年健身器材与成年人相比,健身车主要体现在曲柄长短、座位和车把的前后与上下尺寸的大小上,跑步机主要体现在手扶高度高低上。儿童青少年健身车曲柄长度约在10.9cm～18.3cm之间,可调节长度约为7.4cm;座位到曲柄中心轴的直线距离约在44.1cm～82.2cm之间,可调节长度为38.1cm;座位与车把的距离约在24.5cm～65.3cm之间,座位与车把可调节距离应相等,约为20.4cm。跑步机的扶手距离跑步带的高度约在65.6cm～109.9cm之间,扶手可调节高度约为44.3cm。On the basis of physical characteristics of children and adolescents and ergonomics theory,By measuring the body shape character for children and adolescents,and analyzing the exercise and fitness equipment structure size adjusting size parameters standard,The exercise and fitness equipment in structure size is applicable for children and adolescents of different ages.According to the experimental analysis,The following results are obtained： Compared with adults exercise and fitness equipment,The exercise bike is mainly reflected in crank length,Seat and the handlebar’s front and rear as well as the size of up and down.The treadmill is mainly reflected in the height of hand.The crank length of exercise bike for children and adolescents is between 10.9cm-18.3cm,And the adjustable length is about 7.4cm.The straight-line between seat and crank central axis is between 44.1cm-82.2cm,And the adjustable length is about 38.1cm.The distance between seat and handlebar is between 24.5cm-65.3cm,And the adjustable distance between them can be adjusted to be equal,That is about 20.4cm.The height between handrail and running belt of the treadmill is between 65.6cm-109.9cm,And the adjustable height for handrail is about 44.3cm.
